Hey, fitness warriors! 💪 I’m Sirdreek, your dedicated fitness coach, here to help you crush your goals and unlock your full potential.
With YMCA certifications in private training and group fitness, I specialize in calisthenics, bodybuilding, and hybrid training—whatever your style, I’ve got you covered. Whether you’re looking to master bodyweight movements or lift some serious iron, I’ll help you level up.
🔥 Strength stats? I’ve squatted 520 lbs, benched 340 lbs, deadlifted 410 lbs, repped chin-ups with +115 lbs, and crushed dips with +180 lbs.
But fitness isn’t just about lifting—it’s about pushing limits. I’ve competed in a HYROX race, taken on a Spartan race, and played track & field, football, and rugby. For years, I’ve also led group fitness classes, guiding athletes through strength and conditioning workouts that build both body and mind.
🚀 Beyond fitness? I’m a huge nerd! Comics (Marvel & DC), Star Wars, anime—you name it. I even regularly attend Comic-Con!
